The Merlot and Cabernets usually reach maturity at different times, over a long period, but what follows is a frantic race. We carefully manage our harvests to ensure that we pick in the best possible way and respond quickly to Mother Nature’s demands.


 In the cellar, we work hard sorting the grapes and watching the juice gradually emerge, to the rhythm of the pumps, extracting all the generosity, volume and power contained in the skins.
