A Saint-Emilion Grand Cru, a Pomerol, a Fronsac special vintage? Or perhaps a white Bordeaux aged in oak barrels, a Clairet rosé or a Champagne?

 

After dinner, in the amber glow of an aged Cognac, relax to the muffled sound of the balls rolling across the billiard table’s black surface.

 

Outside, under the starry sky, voices echo around the boulodrome.
