A passionate person, I never “water down my wine” as they say, yet water is an element that has always appealed to me. As a young boy, I often dreamt of myself as a diver with an oxygen tank on my back. In the clear blue water, I would glide to the wine-filled amphorae resting on the sea floor. What fascinated me was that the wine in some of them remained intact, despite its long stay at the bottom of the sea…

 

So imagine, when you’re from a line of winegrowers like me, and you’ve been immersed in this world your whole life, your imagination can sometimes run wild... What would happen to the wine if I immersed a few bottles under water for a while?

 

It’s a bit crazy, but why not?
